Physical therapy after stroke is a more usual, than not. You want
to get as much physical therapy as you can. When it stops, keep
it up on your own. A physical therapist can give you exercises to
do at home.
Your exercises and activities will depend on how you are disabled,
the level of your disablities, and where you are disabled. Any
and all activity, no matter how simple it is, will be therapy for
you. Stay positive, work hard, and don't ever give up.
